My name is Melissa Neill and I am passionate about health and fitness. I decided to become a ‘fitness and weight loss’ blogger and YouTuber because I felt that much of the information out there is designed for younger women and I found a lack of understanding and information to help women over 40.
I want to help women like you and me, over the age of 40 to reach your body goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In fact, I don’t want to stop at just ‘getting in shape’ I want you to get in the BEST shape of your life. And YES that is possible with the right meal and workout plan in place and more importantly the right MINDSET.
Like many women over the age of 40 (and I am over the age of 50), it didn’t come easily to me, so I want to share my years of experience and knowledge with you.
