Lisa DuPree, MS, is a seasoned expert in the health and wellness field, with over 25 years of experience helping individuals transform their lives. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology. Lisa is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a trained Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach.
Beyond her certifications, Lisa spent over 15 years in academia where she taught undergraduates the importance of health and wellness across the lifespan. As a mom, a lifelong dancer, and a pitbull rescue owner, she brings a personal touch to her coaching. Lisa understands the unique challenges women over 40 face and is committed to helping them achieve sustainable health and fitness goals. Her approach combines evidence-based strategies with personalized, empathetic coaching.
