Melissa Neill

Head Coach & CEO

Melissa has been running coaching programs for women over 40 and going through menopause since June 2020. Since then she has helped hundreds of women through coaching and more than 10,000 who have purchased one of her programs.

Just like any woman my age she found getting in shape in her 40s really challenging and that’s why I decided to help other women.

She has 3 children and prior to running her own business worked for over 25 years in the public relations industry.

She has competed in 5 bodybuilding shows over the age of 50 and brought home 12 trophies and has 2 Procards (these are for Elite status athletes) and 3 Fitness Model Masters 1st placings.
