Refund Policy
The Transformation Challenge is covered by a 14 day money-back guarantee. You have a full 14 days to evaluate the program, and if you feel this isn’t for you, just let us know and we will issue a 100% hassle-free money-back guarantee. All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider. You must submit your refund request to us within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us. Please note that DAY 1 of the 14-day Money-back guarantee period is your program’s purchase date. Please take your 14 day evaluation period seriously, as we do not offer refunds after that time.
Body By Bikini 8-week Transformation Challenge
Overview:
These Competition Terms (the “Terms”) supplement any specific rules or guidelines pertaining to individual competitions (“Competition Information”). In cases of conflict, these Terms take precedence.
Entry Requirements:
- Participants must adhere to both these Terms and the specific Competition Rules.
- Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
- These Terms apply universally to competitions hosted by Body By Bikini Ltd, a company registered in Bristol, UK at Harbury Road, Bristol, BS9 4PN, including those conducted in print, online, at events, or on social media.
Changes to Terms:
Body By Bikini Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Changes are effective upon publication.
Eligibility:
- Competitions are open to individuals who were assigned female at birth and are 40 years old or above by the challenge start date.
- Proof of identity and age will be required to confirm eligibility, usually a passport or driving license. Failure to provide proof or providing false information may result in disqualification.
- Employees and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) of Body By Bikini Ltd or associated sponsors are ineligible.
- Competitions are open globally unless stated otherwise in the Competition Rules.
- Participants in similar body transformation competitions are ineligible.
- Entrants must be in good standing with any Body By Bikini Ltd subscriptions.
Entry Process:
- One entry per person per competition, unless otherwise stated.
- Competitions are free to enter with the purchase of the plan, but repeat entrants may incur a fee.
- Each challenge participant will be granted temporary access to the “Transformation Challenge” program. Once the challenge ends, access to the program will be revoked.
- Entries must conform to the format specified in the Competition Rules.
- Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Body By Bikini Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or unreceived entries.
- The entry closing date is as specified in the Competition Rules and may be extended at Body By Bikini Ltd’s discretion.
- Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
- Body By Bikini Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by entrants or their guardians in entering a competition or claiming a prize unless explicitly stated.
Judging and Prizes:
- Entries will be judged by a panel or subject to public vote, as specified.
- Melissa Neill, Company Director at Body By Bikini will make the final decision on winners and runners-up
- Judging criteria include the best overall transformation, not just the final physical appearance.
- Body By Bikini Ltd reserves the right to adjust prize distribution based on entry quality or disqualifications.
- Prize descriptions are accurate to the best knowledge of Body By Bikini Ltd and sponsors.
- Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. Cash alternatives are not offered.
- Winners are responsible for taxes and duties on prize winnings.
Winners and Publicity:
- Winners’ details and images may be used for prize delivery and publicity purposes.
- Entry constitutes consent to these uses of personal data and images
- Winners must comply with additional terms for prize use or acceptance.
- Prize money will be delivered 30 days or sooner after winner is announced.
Liability and Law:
- Body By Bikini Ltd’s liability is limited in certain cases, as detailed in the full Terms.
- Competitions and these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Challenge Overview
- Launch Schedule: Weekly Mini Challenges will launch every Monday at 9:00 AM PT.
- Entry Period: Challenges close each Friday at 12:00 PM PT.
- Mini Challenge Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced every Sunday in the “Weekly Mini Challenges” channel of the 8-Week Challenge Community.
- Prizes: Prizes awarded are final and are not exchangeable for cash, alternative prizes, or any other items unless otherwise specified.
The Weekly Mini Challenges are designed to inspire, motivate, and engage participants throughout the 8-week program. These challenges are entirely separate from the main 8-Week Challenge and have no influence on the judges’ decision-making process when selecting the final winners of the overall competition. Participation in the Weekly Mini Challenges is intended solely for community engagement, enjoyment, and the opportunity to win exclusive weekly prizes.
Eligibility
- Participation is open to all participants of an active cohort in the 8-Week Challenge Community.
- Participants must follow the challenge instructions and post their entries in the designated “Weekly Mini Challenges” channel.
- Only one entry per participant per week is permitted.
- Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Melissa Neill’s team involved in administering the challenge are not eligible to win.
Entry Guidelines
- Entries must comply with the instructions provided in the challenge post each week.
- Only original content is permitted. Plagiarized or inappropriate content will result in disqualification.
- Late entries (submitted after the mini challenge closes) will not be considered.
Prize Claim Process
- Winners must:
- Provide proof of their identity by sending a screenshot of their app profile showing their email address and name to info@melissaneill.com.
- For cash prizes, winners must complete a prize contract and provide the following details:
- For Paypal: PayPal email address (preferred method)
- For Bank transfers:
- Email address
- Full Legal Name
- Phone number
- Home address and ZIP code
- Bank name, account name, number, SWIFT code, bank code, and routing code
- Cash prizes shall be processed within 20 business days from the date the weekly mini-challenge prize contract has been signed
- Prizes will be processed and granted after verification.
Prize Restrictions
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternatives unless otherwise specified.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria for each prize.
Disqualifications
- Failing to comply with entry guidelines.
- Submitting false or incomplete information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
