Bootcamp Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

Overview:

These Competition Terms (the “Terms”) supplement any specific rules or guidelines pertaining to individual competitions (“Competition Information”). In cases of conflict, these Terms take precedence.

Entry Requirements:

• Participants must adhere to both these Terms and the specific “Competition Rules” found inside the app.
• All participants are responsible for keeping their before and after photos in a safe place as you will need to submit your photos for the final judging.
• Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
• These Terms apply universally to competitions hosted by Body By Bikini Ltd, a company registered in Bristol, UK at Harbury Road, Bristol, BS9 4PN, including those conducted in print, online, at events, or on social media.

Changes to Terms:
Body By Bikini Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Changes are effective upon publication.

Eligibility:

• Competitions are open to individuals who were assigned female at birth and are 40 years old or above by the Bootcamp start date.
• Proof of identity and age will be required to confirm eligibility, usually a passport or driving license. Failure to provide proof or providing false information may result in disqualification.
• Employees and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) of Body By Bikini Ltd or associated sponsors are ineligible.
• Competitions are open globally unless stated otherwise in the Competition Rules.
• Participants in similar body transformation competitions are ineligible.
• Entrants must be in good standing with any Body By Bikini Ltd subscriptions.

Entry Process:

• One entry per person per competition, unless otherwise stated.
• Competitions are free to enter with the purchase of the plan, but repeat entrants may incur a fee.
• Each Bootcamp participant will be granted temporary access to the “Belly Fat Bootcamp” program. Once the Bootcamp ends, access to the program will be revoked. 
• Entries must conform to the format specified in the “Competition Rules” inside the app.
• Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Body By Bikini Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or unreceived entries.
• The entry closing date is as specified in the Competition Rules and may be extended at Body By Bikini Ltd’s discretion.
• Incomplete or illegible entries are void.
• Body By Bikini Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by entrants or their guardians in entering a competition or claiming a prize unless explicitly stated.

Judging and Prizes:

• Entries will be judged by a panel or subject to public vote, as specified.
• Melissa Neill, Company Director at Body By Bikini will make the final decision on winners and runners-up
• Judging criteria include the best overall transformation, not just the final physical appearance.
• Body By Bikini Ltd reserves the right to adjust prize distribution based on entry quality or disqualifications.
• Prize descriptions are accurate to the best knowledge of Body By Bikini Ltd and sponsors.
• Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. Cash alternatives are not offered.
• Winners are responsible for taxes and duties on prize winnings.

Winners and Publicity:

• Winners’ details and images may be used for prize delivery and publicity purposes.
• Entry constitutes consent to these uses of personal data and images
• Winners must comply with additional terms for prize use or acceptance.
• Prize money will be delivered 30 days or sooner after winner is announced.

Liability and Law:

• Body By Bikini Ltd’s liability is limited in certain cases, as detailed in the full Terms.
• Competitions and these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
