iPhone & Android app coaching program for women over 40 and menopause

Many of the programs out there don’t work for women over 40 because they don’t address the fact that our metabolism has reduced.

Here is what you can do about it:
  1. Build our metabolism with strength training.
  2. Use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to burn fat. Or if that isn’t possible for you we can put in walking.
  3. Eat good quality lean protein and carbohydrates to build metabolism and good fats to balance hormones.
  4. Strategies to balance your hormones and therefore reduce symptoms and achieve fat loss.

These four strategies will result in you successfully LOSING BODY FAT like Ellen and Chryssi did.

You can expect to see results in the following timeline:

4-6 weeks: Inches lost, reduced pain, more mobility.

10-12 weeks: Other people notice you have lost weight , notably stronger, looking more toned, even better mobility, improved fitness.
